1. How can I order?

2. My credit card order seems to have failed. Why?

Sometimes credit card companies decide not to authorise payments to unusual overseas destinations: it's part of their routine fraud prevention protocols. If this happens to you, please call the credit card company to authorise the purchase, then we suggest you order by telephone on +44(0)1795 414 681. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-1pm, UK time.

 

3. Is it safe to send my credit card details over the web?

We use industry-standard payment security technology.

 

4. I'm concerned about giving my Personal Information.

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.

 

5. When can I expect delivery of my order?

Editions are despatched from the United Kingdom to any destination in the world. Your editions of The World of Fine Wine will arrive shrink-wrapped and securely packed.

 

Delivery times vary according to destination, but as a guide we suggest European addresses should expect to receive the journal within 14 days, and other destinations should expect to receive their copy within 21 days.

6. I want to order a subscription. How can I select my start issue?

The subscription will start with the current edition. We publish quarterly, in March, June, September and December.

7. How can I cancel my subscription?
